Q: why do nonbinary people use nounself/neo pronouns?
A: the simple answer is they’re just more comfortable with them. the more complicated answer comes down to a wide variety of reasons, oftentimes discomfort with “standard” pronouns like they/them or it/its for whatever personal reason.
Q: do you have pronouns for x, y, z?
A: probably! please please peruse our tags page and use the search feature before sending these asks, though, because that’s probably what we’re going to tell you to do anyway.
Q: how do you pronounce these?
A: honestly? we don’t know either. if a pronunciation guide isn’t already included in the post, chances are we’re as stumped as you. just do your best to sound it out, really.
Q: these pronouns make the trans community look bad/make people not take trans people seriously!!!
A: incorrect. you and your attitude are what make the trans community look bad, and the only reason people would not take trans people seriously is because they’re transphobic. period.
Q: is this a joke blog?
A: anyone who puts this much time and effort into an ill-conceived, transphobic “joke” blog seriously needs to sort out their priorities. in short, no.
Q: *some other gross hateful nonsense*
A: please find a hobby if this is how you spend your free time.
Q: why was i blocked?!
A: it could be because youre a truscum, terf, or “anti-sjw.” it could be because youre leaving rude & transphobic comments on our posts or in our inbox. we only block people who deserve it.
